We’re back at Encore Las Vegas for this year’s conference, which is taking place September 27-28. We’ve got some fabulous speakers lined up, as always, and sessions like performance-based compensation, marketing/trendsetting, and a representative from the renowned Disney Institute to cover leadership. You don’t want to miss it!

2010 Conference Information
This year’s conference was held at Encore Las Vegas September 14-15. For those of you who were unable to attend, you missed a fabulous conference with outstanding presentations! Milt, Bill, Elizabeth, Greg, and Ryan all gave us something that we can use in our businesses. Photos will be posted soon, and you can still view the Speaker Bios.
Greg Hicks conducted his session on “Sharing Best Practices” session, during which we all shared what we thought was best about our companies–what it was that distinguishes us from others. Click here to see what our member companies suggest as their best practices!
Also, we selected several new Board members including: Jillian Burns of Brax Ltd, Liz Rossetti of AmeriCheer, Phillip Hollis of Hollis and Associates Videography, and Mary Sparacino from United Spirit Association. We look forward the contributions they will bring to OSIP.

The 2009 Conference was held at Encore, the Wynn Hotel’s newest development! What a wonderful experience it was! From the tremendous speakers to the educational safety seminar, this was by far the best ever!
