Bill Carter, Partner with Fuse
Bill and his partners have built Fuse into one of the world’s leading youth culture marketing services firm in the world. Bill has helped develop youth strategies for some of America’s top companies including Sony, Pepsi, Gatorade, NBC, Harley-Davidson, Tag, Ford, Mountain Dew and others. He was awarded Sports Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 Award as one of the “most influential and important young executives in sports.”
Bill has been widely quoted in media ranging from the New York Times and Advertising Age to Skateboarder Magazine. He regularly speaks on the topic of youth culture to marketing conferences and universities. Most recently, Bill has presented to the IEG Sponsorship Conference, Promo Marketing Conference, and Columbia Business School.
Milt Cotter, CEO of Candidate Resources, Inc
Milt Cotter has spent over 40 years working in the HR arena, including positions in private industry and the U.S. government. He is the author of two books, Understanding Human Behavior and The EEOC and You, and is a former columnist for King Syndicate’s “Job Forum.” Milt’s career has been centered on the goal of understanding how individuals behave in the workplace and using that knowledge to help employers and individuals maximize their potential through effective utilization of human capital.
Mr. Cotter currently serves as the President of CRI, a leading provider of technology-based HR solutions to such best of class companies as Scottrade, Universal Equipment Company, Farmers Insurance, and Qdoba Mexican Grills. Through CRI University, Milt conducts national webinars providing education for HR staff and operating executives on topics relevant to the HR function that can have a dramatic impact on how the organization operates. Products and services provided by CRI had their roots in a localized personnel testing practice which determined potential leadership roles for executives and organizations. Early customers were Morris Zale and Ben Lipshy, founders of the Zales Corporation, Mary Kay Ash, originator of Mary Kay Cosmetics, John and Terry Thompson who founded 7-Eleven and later Southland Corporation and Charles Tandy who acquired Radio Shack.

Elizabeth Rosenberg, President and Creative Director of Loft Marketing
Elizabeth began her career with Bragham Nyman Cafarelli in Beverly Hills working on the Sony Play Station and Paramount Home Entertainment Accounts, later worked for Weber Shadawick in the consumer products division and the Clorox account. She moved to Declare Yourself, founded by world famous producer Norman Lear and formed Loft Marketing in 2009.
