• Title: Marketing Manager
• How long has Mahaffey been involved in the spirit industry?  We have provided tents for warm-up and competition space for cheerleading competitions way back in the early days of UCA, when their National Championships were held at Sea World.  We have provided the warm-up tent for Athletic Championships’ Destin Nationals for two years now.
• Mission/main idea behind Mahaffey:  Our mission is to provide tents anywhere, any size, any time.  No matter what your need, Mahaffey’s Got You Covered!
• What does being a member of OSIP mean to you?  It’s a great way for us to network with leaders in this industry, and having been a cheerleader and former employee of Varsity, I feel there is no better networking conference and trade organization than OSIP.
• Why did you join OSIP?  And what does your company do to promote the spirit industry?  Primarily to network with such a great group of companies and to gain new business in the spirit industry.  We’ve worked with a few companies already, providing a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable atmosphere for all those to step foot into our structures, and we’d like to continue doing so on a larger scale.
• Interesting fact about Mahaffey:  We’ve been in business and locally owned and operated in Memphis, Tennessee, since 1924.  We’ve traveled to Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean, installing large clear span structures for a wide range of applications.
