KIKI BITTNER
PAC WEST SPIRIT GROUP

  • Title: PresidentGeneral Manager
  • How long have you been involved in the spirit industry?  I founded Pac West approximately six years ago as a dba of another company I owned.  When I sold that company about two years ago, Pac West officially became it’s own entity.
  • Mission/main idea behind Pac West Spirit Group:  It is our mission to help each cheerleader/dancer to reach their goals as an athlete, and to help foster their character into well rounded young adults.  In addition, we strive to provide excellence and value at our shows.
  • What does being a member of OSIP mean to you?  That I have a legitimate excuse to go to Vegas at least once a year!
  • Why did you join OSIP?  I wanted the opportunity to meet with other industry leaders, and to glean from useful resource vendors.
  • What does Pac West do to promote the spirit industry?  Being the leader in the Northwest, we are able to provide area coaches, parents, and athletes with useful and current information regarding industry standards and regulations.
  • Interesting fact about Pac West:  We provide the first and only Worlds' Bid event in the entire Northwest.
  • What would you like to see happen with OSIP in the coming year?  I see some companies implementing tactics that are bad for the bottom line.  With the spirit industry experiencing shrinkage, I think it prudent for company leaders to work together to promote their businesses without stepping on each others toes.
