  • How long have you been involved in the spirit industry?  It's been a privilege to work in the industry for the past 17 years.
  • Mission/main idea behind Ross Athletic Supply:  To fulfill my customer's needs in a timely manner while providing the best in quality products and customer service.  Word of mouth is the biggest promotional tool a business can have.
  • What does being a member of OSIP mean to you?  Besides the Vegas trip?  :)  First off, let me just say that being on the Board is an honor and a privilege.  Participating in OSIP enables me to meet other providers within the industry and discuss issues regarding the direction the spirit industry is headed.
  • Why did you join OSIP?  When Greg Webb approached me to participate on the Board, I felt it would be a great opportunity to share with the spirit industry my views on the drastic changes that had occurred due to the switch from mats to spring floors as a performance area.
  • What does Ross Athletic do to promote the spirit industry?  Ross Athletic Supply is an innovator within the spirit industry in regards to competition floor designs.  We are always striving to improve our product while keeping the price affordable for the customer.  The Ross Spring Floor enables all star cheer teams to perform difficult routines, while remaining safe.  We are always striving to find innovative ways to protect and enhance the athlete.
  • Interesting fact about Ross Athletic:  Ross Athletic Supply started its operation in a mall office with two employees, Ross included, and now boasts over a dozen employees and a fleet of event vehicles.
  • What would you like to see happen with OSIP in the coming year?  I would like to see OSIP continue to grow, as well as help the industry provide quality products to its customers, in addition to sound business practices.
